    Outdoor lighting. The presence of a fridge in my room added a nice touch to the stay.

    Cleanliness was seriously lacking. I found old blood on the sheets and a filthy bathroom, including a dirty shower and mirror. The lack of smoke detectors in rooms raised major safety concerns. It took far too long to get assistance at the front desk, and I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself with supplies handed to me. The outlet on the desk looked like it had been involved in a fire, concerning.

    I greatly enjoyed the time in this property. I was happy with hotel's good location in the middle of jackson. The local staff were amiable. The a double room was clean, it had climate control, flat-screen television and a microwave oven. Location: the venue was adjacent to Niagara Falls and Batavia Downs.

    The staff was a bit rude.
